INFORMATION WE COLLECT NoMercy may request access to the following device permissions solely to provide core app functionality: - Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used only for in-app features that require audio input or audio-triggered functionality. - Notifications, alarms, and system permissions required for app operation. NoMercy does NOT: - Record audio in the background - Store audio recordings - Transmit audio data to servers - Sell, rent, or share audio data 2. DATA STORAGE AND SHARING NoMercy does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data. All functionality operates locally on the user’s device unless explicitly stated otherwise. 3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES NoMercy may use Google Play services (such as Crashlytics) strictly for app stability, performance monitoring, and crash reporting. These services may collect anonymized technical data as governed by Google’s own privacy policies. 4. USER CONTROL You may revoke app permissions at any time through your device’s system settings. Some features may not function correctly if required permissions are disabled. 5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY NoMercy is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. 6.
