PRIVACY POLICY – NoMercy: Alarm & Goal Tracker

NoMercy is an alarm clock app published on Google Play by Gig Insanity. This policy explains what the app does with information.

1. WHAT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Your alarms, goals, inspirations, reminders and settings are stored only on your phone. NoMercy has no account and no server of its own, and it never sees your name, email or contacts. If Android backup is turned on, Android may include NoMercy's data in your own Google backup.

2. PERMISSIONS AND WHY
- Camera: only to scan your QR code or barcode when you dismiss an alarm. No photos or video are saved or sent.
- Microphone: only when you tap the microphone to speak a goal, inspiration or reminder. Your phone's speech service (often Google) turns your words into text; NoMercy receives only the text and never records or stores audio.
- Alarms and reminders, full-screen alarm display, notifications, vibration, keeping the phone awake, starting after a restart, and ignoring battery optimization: so alarms ring on time, on the lock screen, even after a reboot.
- Internet: only for the Google services listed below.

3. GOOGLE SERVICES THE APP USES
- Google Play Billing handles subscriptions. Payment details go to Google, never to us. The app asks Google Play whether your subscription is active.
- Google Play in-app updates checks for new versions.
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google) sends crash reports to help fix bugs: the error details, device model, Android version, app version, a random installation ID, and the app's subscription status at the time of the crash. It is sent encrypted (HTTPS), is not used for advertising, and is not sold or shared with anyone else. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. NO ADS, NO TRACKING
NoMercy shows no ads, does not use the advertising ID, and does not sell or share personal data.

5. YOUR CHOICES
You can turn permissions off at any time in your phone's settings; some features will stop working. Uninstalling NoMercy removes its data from your phone. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.

6. CHILDREN
NoMercy is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

7. CHANGES
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
